MegaJoule Ventures in Warren, Ohio will enable the development, demonstration and scale up of many exciting, new and emerging energy technology platforms.

999 Pine Avenue Southeast, Warren, OH will be re-invented and fully renovated to feature a net zero energy building that will enable innovation and create jobs for the region. Specifically, the building will feature lab and technology development space designed for the specific needs of emerging companies, will showcase energy technologies for demonstration to potential customers, and will contain advanced technology conference areas for symposiums and training. MJV will be moving its headquarters to this location upon completion of the renovation.

The building will also create next generation space and facilities that will expand and transition BRITE Energy Innovator’s early stage company acceleration program.  Combining BRITE’s collaboration and acceleration services along with MegaJoule’s investment and shared technology and commercialization support, the facility will serve as a beacon to the development of advanced energy growth in the region, dubbed the “Voltage Valley.”

The building will be a showcase center of net-zero building energy technologies, obtain LEED certification of the highest possible level, provide post COVID safe and healthy environment, and include quality high bay space.  The property has unique assets to serve as an incubator, accelerator, technical and innovation center.
